Hi, I'm the face behind Fit22.

Feeling great, healthier, and happy within yourself is all about you. My 6-week programmes are designed to suit your needs. No one needs to tell you that keeping active is essential, but our schedules are hectic with constant change, and sometimes we’re not sure where to start, so we need something that fits around us. 


As we get older, our health becomes more important to us and I’m here to help! I've developed four online training programmes targeting the most common client personas and their problem areas.

Our plans are available to buy online anytime and can be done whenever you want. The programme includes diet, nutrition, and motivation support with advancement available once you see how much you can enjoy your health journey!  


I have made health and fitness my hobby since my teens and after 22 years in the corporate industry, I decided to share the hints and tips that I've built a lifetime of learning- but you can get the shortcut and avoid the mistakes!


Weight training can fill some people with dread, but my training programmes take it back to the classic requirements to get strong and toned

Having Lynne as my coach means for the first time I look forward to coming to a training session. Although she’s always got my goals in mind, I’m too busy having fun to realise! But then when it comes to getting my statistics taken, I’m reminded of the improvements and benefits to my body as well as the mental strength I’m gaining.
